Surroundings
The lakefront home is located on the north end of Bear

provides a peaceful setting with good fishing and swimming. The south
end of the lake is open to water skiing and jetskiing. The property has
2 docks - one has a high and low diving platform for swimming. Water recreation includes swimming, snorkeling, fishing, boating, water skiing,
and canoeing. Other nearby
recreation includes golf, tennis, hiking, bicycling, horseback riding and hunting.
Bear Lake covers 200 acres and has a water depth of
75-100 feet. Fish
include largemouth bass, northern pike, bluegill, crappie, bullhead and misc. The
lake has a public boat launch at the south end. The Lake is also home to
Bear Lake Resort and Campground which has a public sand swimming area, bar and grill, dance hall and miniature
golf.
