Family* weekly package:
(Saturday pm through Saturday am)
Peak season - June through August - (house rented weekly only) ==$850.00 + 5.5% sales tax.

Off season - September through October and April through May ==$650.00/week or $110.00 nightly (2 night minimum) + 5.5% sales tax. House not available November through March.

* family = 4 adults and their children under 18 years of age. House maximum occupancy = 4 adults, 6 children. There is a $10.00 per night charge for each additional person over 18 years of age beyond the 4 adult family limit. (Prior approval must be received.)


Bear Lake Getaway LLC rental agreement

TERMS:
Occupancy begins at 3:00 PM on Saturday __________________________
And ends at 10:00 AM on Saturday ________________________________
The rental payment amount for the time period specified above is $_______________ (remember to include 5.5% sales tax).

DOWN PAYMENT:
$200.00 of the rental amount is due at the signing of the rental agreement, and the remaining balance of the rental amount is due on or before arrival.

CANCELLATION:
Tenants may cancel 30 days prior to the occupancy date, and will receive their full deposit back. The deposit amount of $200.00 will be forfeited if the tenant cancels after 30 days prior to the start of the rental period. No refunds for early check-out.

OCCUPANCY:
Total occupancy is limited to 4 adults and 6 children unless approval from the owner has been obtained prior to the start of the rental period.

PETS:
No pets will be allowed.

SMOKING:
No smoking allowed inside of the house.

UTILITIES:
All utilities including local telephone service are included. Telephone will not connect long distance calls without a calling card.

LIABILITY:
The tenants agree to hold harmless David J. and Brenda K. Hoffmann against any claims, injuries or damages to tenants or their guests and belongings. The Owners, David J. and Brenda K. Hoffmann are not responsible for any missing, lost, stolen or left behind belongings of tenants or guests.
